1. Purpose and scope
This Cookies Policy explains how ProvenShot, operated by DLANPER TECH SLU, tax identification number B19482017, with registered address at Calle Palencia, 3, 28522 Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Madrid, Spain, uses cookies and similar technologies on provenshot.com. It complements the Privacy Policy.
This Policy applies to the website. Mobile applications generally use app permissions, local storage and software development kits rather than browser cookies; mobile processing is described in the Privacy Policy and app-store disclosures.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and software used to read or write information on a device.
Some technologies are strictly necessary to provide a function requested by the user. Others, such as analytics, require consent unless a specific legal exemption applies.
3. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: required for website functions such as login, session security, cookie consent state and CSRF protection. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled through the consent panel.
- Preferences: remember choices such as language selection.
- Analytics: help us understand how the website is used. They are set only if accepted through the cookie banner and must not load before consent.
- Marketing: not currently set. If introduced, ProvenShot will request consent first.

5. How to manage your preferences
- Accept, reject or customise non-essential cookies through the first-visit banner. The banner offers Accept all, Reject non-essential and Configure.
- Change or withdraw consent at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the website footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
- Clear browser storage to reset the choice and show the banner again.
- Use browser controls to block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the website from working.
- Use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on if desired.
6. Third parties
Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC. Google’s privacy terms apply to its independent processing.
Stripe may set or access technologies when the user enters the payment flow. Stripe’s own privacy and cookie information applies to its independent processing.
ProvenShot remains responsible for configuring its website so that non-essential third-party technologies do not activate before valid consent.
7. Mobile applications
Our mobile apps do not use browser cookies. They may use SDKs or similar technologies for crash reporting, security, analytics or performance. Non-essential analytics is activated only with consent where required. The exact SDKs used are described in the Privacy Policy and app-store disclosures.
8. International processing
Analytics or payment providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where ProvenShot is responsible for a transfer, it relies on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy when technologies, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be published. The consent panel and cookie list will be updated before activating any new non-essential technology.
